Your Invitation to World of Banking!We would like to offer unique learning experience that offers meaningful, practical work related to a student's field of study or career interest.ING internship gives you the opportunity for career exploration and development, and to learn new skills.We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our Orchestration Team within Wholesale Banking Client Services.This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced international environment, where you will learn how client requests are created, structured, and driven across multiple expert teams.You will be supporting Wholesale Banking Client Servicing Desk (WB CSD) - Client Services Business Unit. You can experience how we redefined and revolutionized banking experience for large corporate clients of ING with pioneering spirit and can-do approach.We started as a small, young, and dynamic team with 3 Account Managers who performed a pilot project if we as ING can provide premium level of service for top ING clients by giving them Single Entry Point for all their daily activities. This was a real game changer for large corporate clients as before they had to contact different branches all around Europe. Things picked up from there rather quickly. We established WB CSD as an international branch which provides premium service for our top segmented corporate clients. Making us part of the future of Corporate Banking!What will you do?As part of the Orchestration Team, you will play a key role in shaping and managing the flow of client requests from the very beginning.Your responsibilities will include:Creating and structuring client requests into internal systemsEnsuring each request is clearly defined and ready for processingAssigning requests to the right expert teams based on content and priorityPerforming regular queue checks and helping to keep workflows movingCollaborating with multiple teams across departmentsSupporting process improvements and simplification initiativesContributing to high-quality and timely client service deliveryWhat are we looking for?Interest in banking, operations, or corporate environmentStrong attention to detail and structured thinkingAbility to understand information quickly and turn it into clear actionsReliable, proactive, and eager to learnGood communication skills in English (B2+)Availability to work 2–3 days per week (approx. 20 hours) from our Bratislava officeWhat do we offer?Real work experience in an international banking environmentExposure to how complex operations are coordinated end-to-endOpportunity to work with experienced professionals and learn fastFriendly and dynamic team culturePaid internship with potential for full-time role after 6 monthsWhy Orchestration Team?You will not just support tasks — you will be part of the engine that drives how work gets done.You will learn how to bring structure into complexity and turn incoming requests into clear, actionable workflows.Wage (gross)EUR 8/hourPossibility of a future ING career opportunity subject to performance, business needs, and available vacancies.
