At the Fraunhofer Institute for Production Technology IPT in Aachen, we are creating the production of the future with more than 450 employees – digital, sustainable and resilient. In the group »Laboratory automation«, we deal with the automation and digitalization of production processes for cell and gene therapies. Within the scope of your thesis, you will investigate the influence of hypoxia on the expansion of mesenchymal stem cells in a bioreactor. The job requires regular attendance at our institute in Aachen. Be part of change Support in bioreactor cultivation of mesenchymal stem cells Perform quality analyses such as (fluorescence) microscopy and flow cytometry Contribute to a publicly financed research project
