Someone who sees a repetitive process and immediately thinks: "There has to be a smarter way to do this."Your ChallengeAs our People Operations Automation Intern, you'll help identify opportunities where technology can make HR processes more efficient and user-friendly. You'll be working at the intersection of HR, Technology, AI, and Process Improvement.Think about questions like:Can we automate repetitive HR tasks?How can AI help employees find answers faster?Can robots do some of the manual work for us?How can we make HR processes simpler and more efficient?Together with HR professionals, you'll explore, design, test, and implement automation solutions that have a real impact on employees and HR teams.What You'll Be Working OnDiscover opportunities to improve and automate HR processes.Help design and implement automation solutions.Analyze results and continuously improve solutions.Train and support colleagues in adopting new technologies.Who Are You?BSc or MSc in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Informatics or a related fieldCurious and eager to learnInterested in AI, automation and digital innovationAnalytical and solution-orientedNo need to know everything yet. A passion for technology and improvement is more important than having all the answers.
