Your future team

Service Operations & Technology (SOT) is the engine behind customer uptime and service growth in the Volvo Group. Within the Trucks Technology & Industrial Division (TTI), we bring together engineering, purchasing, logistics, remanufacturing and technology into one global end-to-end organization. We are more than 5,000 colleagues across 50+ sites worldwide and we work close to our customers and markets to deliver reliable, high-performance service solutions that keep vehicles and machines running. We are in the transition to work end-to-end in the supply chain with a problem-solving mindset and lead the journey to a higher performance on spare parts availability.

In our region Gent&Eu within SOT, we operate the Inbound and Outbound service market flows of spare parts. Our team is responsible for the Inbound flow, from order call-offs to our material suppliers through to arrival at the central distribution center. We work cross-functionally with all the great team members in the inbound supply chain. Our daily collaboration covers suppliers, operational planning, purchasing, engineering, remanufacturing and the central distribution center. We believe that the best results are achieved together, while having fun! Are you like us and want to join the journey to secure high customer satisfaction? Then this might be just the perfect role for you.

How you’ll contribute

The aim of your role is to ensure that we continuously develop our Supply Chain in line with the Volvo Group ambitions. You will, among others, lead and coordinate cross-functional improvement initiatives, create structure, alignment and momentum across stakeholders.

Also, you will practice leadership through influence by clarifying objectives, engaging others, following up on commitments and supporting change. Who are you?

We are looking for someone with a strong transformation and collaborative mindset who is eager to learn, explore and understand the business. You thrive in dynamic environments, embrace new challenges and ambiguity and take ownership of your own development and growth.

With strong analytical skills, you take initiative and drive tasks forward with determination while bringing fresh perspectives and innovative ideas to the team. You enjoy building relationships and leveraging a global network to create impact while working collaboratively across teams and functions. In addition, you contribute to a culture of continuous learning by actively sharing knowledge, exchanging insights and supporting the development of others.

As this is a graduate position, we value your potential, learning agility and motivation to grow. We are interested in candidates who see leadership as part of their future career.
