You will obtain valuable experience, and you get to tackle relevant tasks and real challenges, with support from experienced colleagues. You will also get to participate in a joint program with all the Hydro summer interns, allowing you to learn more about our business and acquire interdisciplinary knowledge. All the while, we expect and want you to have a fun experience during the summer. What you will be doing Participate in R&D project developing innovative casthouse products and alloys, including our flagship low carbon brands Hydro CIRCAL and Hydro REDUXA. What will make you successful? Master study in Metallurgy, Material Science, Nanotechnology, Physics, Applied Mathematics or a related field. Experience with Excel, Python, or similar tools. Experience with modelling tools such as FE or CFD is an advantage. Additional InformationThe position is based in Sunndalsøra.
