More about the roleThis is an exciting job opportunity for you as a Order Management Intern in Mexico City, Mexico with Signify, the world leader in lighting.Collaborate with commercial operations in automation development Ensures timely response to customer questions and complaints regarding products and services provided through various channels.Processes customer orders accurately and promptly to ensure timely delivery.Monitors order status and communicates updates to customers and relevant stakeholders, resolves order-related issues and discrepancies to maintain customer satisfaction.Reports monthly the order receipts, deliveries, sales and stock levels.More about youWhile we value and appreciate all applicants, we believe that the following experience and skills will be needed to shine brightly in this job opening:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.Fluent English is required.Everything we’ll do for youYou can grow a lasting career here.
