Become a member of our team and be part of the projects and research teams and their endeavor of demonstrating great results by supporting with great visualization and UX approaches as well as prototype user interfaces.Key responsibilitiesThe work model for the role is: #LI-HybridYou will be mainly accountable for:In close collaboration with our research team, you will be developing a distributed network benchmark concept for industrial cloud/internet environments. This includes:Conceptualization, analyzing the characteristic communication patterns and QoS requirements of distributed automation traffic as well as different infrastructure scenarios; based on this, define test cases and a methodology to analyze measurements and provide an automated assessment of a concrete cloud/internet situation.Development, implementing a benchmark software for the concept, including on-site front-end and cloud backend parts for users to execute tests, and to centrally collect the results.Execution, running benchmarks and supporting other users in benchmarking to build a benchmark data-set; evaluate the results of the automated assessment.Qualifications for the roleWe expect you to bring creativity, initiative, and result orientation to support driving our innovations toward new products and services.You have a study background in computer science or communication engineering. You bring experience in software development, communication networks, and basic statistical analysis. A background in cloud application development and LLM-based software development are further benefits.You are highly motivated, team-minded, and able to work independently.Fluent English in verbal and written form is required.Interested in joining our team?
