Project description
We want an earth that is worth living on. Our applied research in Circular Economy, Carbon Management, Green Hydrogen and Local Energy Systems makes concrete contributions to achieving the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations. As an institute of the Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft, we show how to not only master challenges, but grow with them. We push boundaries, think ahead and shape the future with applied research. Diverse perspectives and approaches strengthen creativity and innovation in our scientific work. Would you like to help us shape a sustainable world? We are looking for reinforcement! In our department “Heterogeneous Catalysis” we focus on projects related to catalyst development, including synthesis, characterization, and testing. We are looking for your support as part of a master’s thesis on the development and optimization of process conditions for catalysts used in the dry reforming of methane. The thesis will involve working on a highly complex pilot plant for testing heterogeneous catalysts in the gas phase. Be part of change Testing of heterogeneous catalysts on a gas-phase test facility Evaluation and interpretation of conversion and selectivity data Working independently in the laboratory and pilot plant
