Project description
Your Role During your internship, you will support our Recruiting Coordination Team at our location in Oberkochen, Jena, or Munich - ideally for a period of approximately 6 months starting in January 2027 or later. Your responsibilities will include, among other things: Scheduling interviews with candidates (both internal and external), hiring managers and recruitersPosting job openings on various platformsGuiding our applicants through the entire recruiting process and ensuring a positive candidate experienceReviewing and reimbursing applicants’ travel expensesCreating new job requisitions in the applicant tracking systemYour Profile Currently studying business administration, economics, psychology, or a related fieldIdeally, some prior experience with recruiting or HR (e.g., study focus, working student position or internship)Enthusiasm for communication and organizationResponsible and discreet handling of sensitive dataVery good German and English skills Become part of #teamZEISS and help shape the future with us!
