Project description
- Ons doel: Het doel van het project is om routinematig verzamelde zorgdata uit de wijkverpleging beter te benutten door een data-infrastructuur te ontwikkelen die bijdraagt aan onderzoek, kennisontwikkeling en het verbeteren van passende zorg.
- Een afgeronde Master opleiding in de Verplegingswetenschap, Gezondheidswetenschappen of een aanverwante richting.
- Bekend met kwantitatieve en kwalitatieve analysemethoden, blijkend uit eerdere ervaring waarin deze methoden zijn toegepast, zoals in eerdere onderzoekservaring of masterscriptie.
- Ervaring met wetenschappelijk schrijven, blijkend uit een goed afgeronde masterscriptie en/of publicaties.
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal én Nederlandse taal (minimaal C1 niveau volgens CEFR), zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
- Aantoonbare affiniteit met de wijkverpleging, zorgtechnologie, data-geïnformeerde zorg en onderzoek op dit terrein is een grote pre.
- Een jaarcontract (1,0 fte), bij wederzijdse tevredenheid wordt het contract verlengd met 3 jaar.
- Een bruto salaris tussen €3.204 en €4.051 bruto per maand (bij een fulltime dienstverband van 38 uur per week), exclusief 8% vakantiegeld en een 8,3% eindejaarsuitkering.
- 29 vakantiedagen (op basis van fulltime), vier extra vrije feestdagen, en de mogelijkheid om 12 extra dagen op te bouwen via compensatie-uren.
