Project description

Uitvoeren van promotieonderzoek naar de implementatie van matched care voor angst voor terugkeer van kanker binnen oncologiezorgnetwerken;
In kaart brengen van bestaande signalering, triage, verwijzing en zorgpaden voor angst voor terugkeer van kanker;
Uitvoeren van kwalitatief onderzoek, waaronder interviews met zorgprofessionals en andere stakeholders;
Identificeren en analyseren van barrières en bevorderende factoren voor implementatie op patiënt-, professional-, organisatie- en netwerkniveau;
Toepassen van implementatiewetenschappelijke methoden en kaders, waaronder het CFIR-raamwerk en de CFIR-ERIC matching tool;
Samen met patiënten, zorgprofessionals, implementatie-experts en netwerkpartners ontwikkelen van implementatiestrategieën en praktische tools;
Bijdragen aan de ontwikkeling van een contextgevoelig implementatieplan voor regionale oncologiezorgnetwerken;
Voorbereiden, uitvoeren en evalueren van een regionale pilot in Friesland;
Vertalen van onderzoeksbevindingen naar concrete aanbevelingen voor de zorgpraktijk en naar een overdraagbare implementatieblauwdruk;
Publiceren van onderzoeksresultaten in internationale wetenschappelijke tijdschriften en presenteren op nationale en internationale congressen.
