Project description

methoden ontwikkelen om de kwaliteit van bloedplasma te beoordelen, waaronder de aanwezigheid van resterende bloedcellen en hemolyse;
onderzoeken hoe bloedafnamebuizen en pre-analytische variabelen de samenstelling van plasma en het EV-secretome beïnvloeden;
experimentele protocollen ontwerpen en optimaliseren voor de bereiding en opslag van bloedplasma, waarbij het EV-secretome behouden blijft;
de kwaliteit van monsters uit klinische biobanken beoordelen en inclusie- en exclusiecriteria vaststellen voor daaropvolgende biomarkeranalyses;
gestandaardiseerde testsamples ontwikkelen en valideren voor technologische ontwikkeling binnen het consortium.
