- Our goal: To identify the enablers and barriers for coaching in work-based learning and to understand how young healthcare professionals and clinical teachers engage with these factors. The project will contribute to developing directions for the implementation of effective coaching practices in health professions education.

- A master’s degree in Education, Psychology, Health Sciences, Global Health, Medicine or a related field.
- You have experience with academic research, including designing and/or conducting research, collecting and analysing data, and applying qualitative and quantitative research methods relevant to educational research. Experience in qualitative research is considered an advantage.
- Experience as an intern or resident or experience in health professions education is considered an advantage.
- You have a C1 level of proficiency in both spoken and written Dutch and English, as the position involves conducting interviews with Dutch-speaking participants and communicating in an academic environment.
- A 12-month contract (0,8 FTE) with the prospect of a 3 year extension based on mutual satisfaction.
- A gross monthly salary between € 3.059 and € 3.881 (based on full-time employment of 38 hours per week). 8% holiday allowance and an 8.3% year-end bonus.
- 29 vacation days (based on full-time), four additional days off (Carnival Monday and Tuesday, Good Friday, and Liberation Day), and the possibility to accrue up to 12 extra days through compensation hours.
