Internship: Supplier Quality & Raw Material Qualification Are you a motivated student with a passion for quality, data management, and continuous improvement? Join the HNC Premix Global Quality team at dsm-firmenich for an internship where you will support global raw material qualification and supplier quality processes. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in quality management, reporting, and digitalization while collaborating with stakeholders across Procurement, Formulation, Regulatory, Master Data Management, and Regional Quality in a global and cross-functional environment. What You’ll Do During your internship, you will support raw material qualification and master data management processes, helping ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of critical supplier and raw material information. You will contribute to reporting creation and KPI tracking, support digitalization and continuous improvement initiatives, and gain exposure to supplier quality activities such as audit preparation, CAPA follow-up, and complaint management. In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders across Procurement, Formulation, Master Data Management, Regulatory, and Regional Quality teams to improve the efficiency, quality, and compliance of supplier and raw material qualification processes. Key Achievements End Goals: \- Contributed to improving master data quality, reporting capabilities, and digitalization initiatives that enhanced the efficiency and effectiveness of raw material and supplier qualification processes. \- Supported global qualification activities, KPI tracking, and supplier quality initiatives, helping strengthen quality, compliance, and operational excellence across the organization. What You Bring \- Field of Study: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Chemistry, Life Sciences, Business Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field. \- Experience: Experience through university projects, student jobs, or internships involving data management, reporting, process improvement, quality, procurement, supplier management, supply chain, or operations. Experience organizing documentation and coordinating actions across multiple stakeholders is an advantage. Exposure to regulated industries such as food, pharma, cosmetics, or chemicals is a plus. \- Skills: Strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and interest in data and process improvement. Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis), strong communication and project management skills. Exposure to SAP/ERP systems, master data management concepts, or supplier quality frameworks is a plus. Eligibility criteria and conditions: * Language requirements: Fluent in English. * Final Selection Day: 12.01.2026 in dsm-firmenich office in Maastricht. * Start of the internship: 01.02.2026 * Duration: 4-5 months. * Studies: currently enrolled at Maastricht University or Zuyd applied science university (hogeschool). Your university will cosign the internship agreement. * Location: dsm-firmenich Maastricht office. * Compensation: Internship salary is €550 per month.
